This 6-hour tour begins in the Bahá'í Temple of South America with our group ascending to the foothills of the Andes, where a beacon of spiritual significance awaits. Discover the Bahá'í Temple, renowned for its nine luminous glass veils and open worship space, fostering unity and understanding. Then we’ll head towards Los Dominicos Artisans' Village stepping into a haven of Chilean craftsmanship at the former Los Dominicos Convent. Explore nearly 200 vibrant stalls brimming with traditional wares: intricate leather-work, exquisite wood carvings, colorful paintings, and mouthwatering empanadas. Immerse yourself in the vibrant soul of Chilean art and take home a piece of its magic.

After these activities we’ll drive through the bustling districts of Las Condes, Vitacura, and Providencia, witnessing firsthand the city's modern transformation. Admire the towering skyscrapers, trendy boutiques, and lively cafes that define these dynamic neighborhoods to finally ending in the Historical Center.

But now it’s a good moment to stop for a lunch break at Lastarria or Bellavista neighborhood where you can step back in time in the cobbled streets, browsing antique shops and art galleries before indulging in a delectable lunch at a cozy bistro. (LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THIS TOUR)

After lunch we start our walking tour of the Civic Center, the historical heart of Santiago, where its history whispers from every cobblestone. Witness the grand architecture of the Plaza de Armas, flanked by the imposing Santiago Metropolitan Cathedral and the current seat of power: the Palace of La Moneda.  Also we can see the former Congress, the main Post Office and the majestic building of the Supreme Court of Chile.

Learn about the cultures of the Mapuches, Diaguitas Incas, and other ancient civilizations through their art, textiles, and other objects at the Museo Precolombino, where you can admire a vast collection of artifacts from the pre-Columbian Americas in this impressive museum housed in the former Royal Customs building. **(OPTIONAL ACTIVITY NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASIC TOUR)

Regarding Chilean culture, prepare to be enchanted by the whimsical world of renowned poet Pablo Neruda at his house-museum: La Chascona. It’s also possible to visit the ‘Museo de los Derechos Humanos’, which tells the story of Chile's human rights struggles from the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet to the present day.
